Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. Shipping cost is $14.00 Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after processing. Honestly it is fast and insured up to $100.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate. Shipping cost is $40.00 (unless there are extenuating circumstances that would increase that cost internationally) Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days after processing, though delays due to customs are possible.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply upon delivery. USPS does not allow prepayment of these fees. And lastly, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages Most importantly we want you happy with your sweet buy! If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ZookandSunnyBoutique@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date so we can make things right. We will handle the claim and promptly reship or refund your order. We want our customers to feel confident that they will be taken care of.

*If damaged please include pictures with as much detail of the damage as possible, they are required to process your request. USPS will need them to file a claim. Thank you so very much for supporting our small woman owned business!!
